Wisp Change (For Halloween)

I decided I'd make a slight change to the Wisp-- now when you collect a minimum of 30 candies it will transform itself into a little skull. I felt like this would make a cute little addition while I work on everything else.

Here's a little 'preview' gif I decided to make to show off the skull. Obviously if you're planning on toggling it legit, you're going to have to go break a ton of vases scattered across the underground and outer-lands.
