Taking "Liminal Spaces" As Map Reference

I decided to do something a bit weird, but it could work out pretty nicely. It's trendy to see "Liminal Spaces" on YouTube nowadays, which are like areas that would normally have tons of people but look weird when they're bare. You get the same feeling a lot when playing games like Halo 3 and so on so I think in a way it could work great for reference.
