Stalactites & Stalagmites

I'm testing out adding a lil more variety, like adding games similar to Terrarias and Minecrafts. This is experimental, of course I might just make these craft-able instead of putting them into the world so they can be used as some sort of enemy grinder.

That would of course be intended after I work natural spawning.

They would likely also damage the player and are one of the current few tiles with a custom collider (AKA not a full box).
