My Attempt at a Scarecrow/Witch Hat (Inspired by Zardy)

I made a pixel art of a scarecrow/witch hat which I may reuse for a bunch of stuff, the idea came from Zardy which is an awesome mod I seen for FNF. The fire and stuff is unique as the main hat just felt a bit empty and lacking something. I'm trying to improve how I make pixel art of clothing overall so tips are always appreciated

Unless it's "use different colors" because I'm suffering from dumb-colorblindness and rely on hex codes for what I use
